In Hong Kong
(1) The restoration of facilities for general training
previously given in the Trade School and the Junior Wedbucal school: such training to be based on the requirements of the public service and the industries of the Colony. The Junior Technical School should alm at the provision of apprentices
for engineering works end the bullding trades.
The Goverzanent Trade School, which was to some exkent misnamed as in fact it operated as a technical college, should function as before and be renamed accordingly.
(11) The Evening Institute should be revived with commercial
and technical classes as required by popular demand.
